What is Brand Intelligence?

Well, it's pretty much creating a strong brand in the first place, presenting it consistently and using it intelligently in order to attract and retain customers and clients alike. Quite simply, a 'great business' needs a strong brand to stand any chance of financial success. A strong brand also speaks volumes about the way a business operates and the service one will receive from it.
